At the end of December 2017, after two years of continuous improvement, we were finally awarded the Ospitalita Italiana certification by the Italian Government - through its partner in Australia, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It acknowledges our commitment to quality and to delivering authentic Italian cuisine.

Improvements to what we offer has included sourcing the very best ingredients we can find in Australia - including going directly to farmers It has also involved expansion of our use of Quality Italian produce - specifically those with markings such as DOP (D.O.P: - Denominazione di Origine Protetta or protected designation of origin), IGP (I.G.P. - Indicazione Geografica Protetta or indication of geographical protection), DOC (DOC - Denominazione di Origine Controllata or controlled designation of origin), and DOCG (DOCG - Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita (controlled and guaranteed designation of origin).All of these require that a food product be produced within a specified region, using defined methods and that it satisfy a defined quality standard.
